The Peter Birtwistle Trust is a Registered Charity and Housing Association based in Colne, Lancashire (Reg no. 1183388). We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older people by providing secure and accessible housing. Our mission is to ensure that every resident enjoys a warm, supportive environment where they can thrive.

Our Homes

Our 95 almshouses and flats are designed to promote independence while offering the necessary support to meet each resident’s unique needs. The Peter Birtwistle Trust is managed by 12 Trustees. The Peter Birtwistle Trust also has a Community Centre, which is available for hire.
